Outreach & Communication Associate

About the role

We're looking for sharp, articulate people to join Disrupt as Outreach & Communications Associates. You'll be the voice of our products, starting conversations with customers and prospects in the US and Europe and building relationships with them.

You don't need to know our products yet. We'll train you fully on the product and the process, and you'll have a clear path to grow once you're up to speed. What we need from you is excellent communication, curiosity and the confidence to talk to anyone.

What you'll do

• Contact customers and prospects by message, email, phone, video and in person
• Hold clear, professional and engaging conversations that represent Disrupt well
• Learn our products in depth and explain them simply and with confidence
• Work with the wider team to improve how we reach and connect with people

What we're looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English. This is the most important requirement.
• Confidence talking to people on any medium, including calls and video
• A real interest in marketing, outreach and how people make decisions
• A sharp, curious and proactive mindset
• A fresh graduate, or up to 2 years of experience
• A degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or Business is preferred. Strong results in marketing courses are a plus.
• Comfort working an evening to night shift (Pakistan time) to match US and European hours

What you'll get

• Structured training on our products and processes
• A clear growth path within the team
• Experience working with international markets from the start
