Hiring: Outreach Associate

We’re looking for an energetic, people-oriented Outreach Associate to help expand our crowdfunding platform by connecting with NGOs, nonprofits, fundraisers, CSR teams, and potential partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to NGOs, nonprofits, fundraisers, and potential podcast guests through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Onboard NGOs and partners onto the fundraising platform.
• Support partners in planning and launching effective fundraising campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, CSR teams, donors, and corporate partners.
• Engage with donors and identify opportunities to improve fundraising outcomes.
• Coordinate with potential podcast guests, experts, and social impact leaders.
• Track outreach, campaign progress, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English + regional language preferred.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, Email & WhatsApp.
• 6 months–2 years experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, inside sales, or customer support is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and confidence are welcome!

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹1,421,876.87 per year
