Outreach Associate

About the Role
We are seeking an Outreach Associate to help identify potential clients and initiate conversations through LinkedIn and email. The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching companies, finding decision makers, and conducting personalized outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research companies that fit defined target market criteria.
• Find relevant decision makers and key contacts within target organizations.
• Execute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
• Personalize messages to improve engagement and response rates.
• Maintain accurate prospect databases and outreach records.
• Monitor campaign performance and report outreach results.
• Schedule meetings or pass qualified leads to the business development team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• 6-12 months of experience in outreach, lead generation, or business development support.
• Understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and prospect research.
• Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet outreach and research targets.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Basic knowledge of email outreach best practices.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
