Overview
Multi-Channel Outreach Expert
Purpose-Led Selling
Sales-Driven & Tech-Savvy
Preferred experience:
- Senior-level experience building community-based referral networks, with a proven ability to generate self-sourced leads, halls, local events, or community partnerships, resulting in measurable increases in patient/client enrollment.
- Demonstrated success managing a full-cycle sales process : from lead generation and outreach through enrollment/service agreement signing including experience navigating eligibility documentation and compliance-driven paperwork in a regulated or benefits-based industry.
As the Outreach Benefits Advisor, you play a pivotal role in driving patient growth within your designated market. Your main responsibilities include establishing and nurturing relationships with key lead and referral sources in the community, converting leads into patients, and educating them about the benefits available through the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA). You’ll be proactive in signing new service agreements and adept at navigating paperwork processes. Serving as a knowledgeable resource on company services, you’ll offer tailored guidance to potential claimants and clients, serving as their initial point of contact and assisting them throughout the eligibility process. Meeting monthly quotas set by management is a key expectation in this sales role, which is centered on outreach, prospecting, and lead generation.
