Benefits: Negotiable based on qualifications and experiencePosition OverviewCornerstone Connections is seeking a friendly, professional, and self-motivated Outreach Manager to help expand access to mental health services throughout New York State.This position focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with schools, medical offices, community agencies, community centers, and other organizations serving individuals who may benefit from mental health services.The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, traveling, building professional relationships, and working independently. This is a full-time, home-based position offering considerable scheduling flexibility, with significant in-person travel as an essential responsibility.Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional referral relationships throughout New York State.
• Conduct regular in-person outreach to schools, medical offices, agencies, community organizations, and potential referral partners.
• Travel throughout New York State approximately twice monthly, generally for 2–4 days per trip, including overnight stays as needed. Scheduling may vary according to outreach needs and market opportunities.
• Identify promising geographic markets through research, community needs, and referral trends.
• Build new referral relationships while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Represent Cornerstone Connections' mission and mental health services with professionalism, friendliness, and enthusiasm.
• Work closely with company ownership and the Cornerstone team through regular communication, collaboration, and ongoing training.
• Evaluate outreach effectiveness by studying referral activity, community feedback, and the relationship between outreach efforts and results.
• Recommend practical improvements to outreach strategies based on market opportunities and feedback.
• Communicate effectively through personal visits, telephone conversations, emails, and written materials.
• Independently organize travel, appointments, and outreach activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of college education required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding professionalism combined with a warm, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Comfort discussing mental health services and interacting with mental health professionals and community organizations.
• Strong organizational skills, personal initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout New York State, including overnight trips.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to travel independently.
• Previous experience in sales, outreach, marketing, business development, education, healthcare, or community relations strongly encouraged, but not required.
• Sales experience in any industry is valued.
• Willingness to learn, receive training, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a growing organization.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $45,000–$60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
