Job description

Families First has an immediate opening for an Outreach Worker – Full time - Flexible hours! Must be energetic team player able to work independently and have good relationship building skills.

Will work with HIV and high-risk pregnant women in PBC, including the Glades communities. Will complete Home Visitation, HIV and pregnancy Testing and Community Presentations.

Minimum high school diploma. Experience preferred in community outreach and case management.

Bilingual English/Creole and Spanish Required
