Job Summary

Responsible for checking, picking, encoding, and preparing merchandise for delivery while ensuring order accuracy and proper inventory control.

Qualifications

• College graduate in any course
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management
• Highly organized and capable of maintaining proper merchandise storage and monitoring inventory condition
• Previous experience as an Encoder is an advantage
• Average oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, alert, and careful when handling product information and inventory records
• Well-fit and capable of performing warehouse tasks
• Willing to render overtime when required
• Willing to work onsite in Merville, near Parañaque

Duties & Responsibilities

Order Checking & Verification

• Inspect merchandise for accuracy, quantity, and condition before dispatch
• Verify customer orders against order details to prevent discrepancies and delivery issues
• Ensure the correct items are picked based on product specifications

E-Commerce Order Processing

• Scan and encode airway bills and required information for orders from various e-commerce platforms
• Pick ordered items from designated crates and forward them to the packing stations
• Assist in packing merchandise for shipment and delivery
• Ensure order information is accurately encoded and updated

Inventory Management

• Monitor and maintain accurate merchandise inventory records
• Assist in organizing and storing merchandise according to established warehouse procedures
• Check inventory condition and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
• Assist in monitoring and encoding merchandise lists

Coordination & Warehouse Support

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Report order discrepancies and inventory issues to the immediate supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned work area

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Work Schedule

Monday - Saturday | 48 hours a week
