$47,500 base salary + $550 monthly auto allowance + uncapped commission

Do you enjoy meeting new people, building connections, and turning a first conversation into a real opportunity? Service Uniform is looking for a Sales Associate to help grow our business by identifying prospective customers and scheduling high-quality appointments for our Sales Representatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who would rather get out, meet local businesses, and make things happen than sit behind a desk all day. You’ll be the person who opens the door to new customer relationships.

What you’ll do

• Connect with local businesses through in-person visits, phone calls, and research.
• Learn about each prospect’s needs, identify good opportunities, and schedule qualified first appointments for Sales Representatives.
• Handle initial questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Prepare useful background information so Sales Representatives walk into appointments ready.
• Confirm appointments and keep prospecting activity organized in Salesforce.
• Help with employee uniform measurements and coordinate emblem or logo mat artwork proofs when needed.
• Travel locally using your personal vehicle to visit prospects, attend appointments, and complete sizings.
