Outside Sales Account Manager (Remote Working)

Job Responsibilities：

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEM, EMS, and ODM customers.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Handle RFQs efficiently by providing competitive quotations and driving follow-ups to convert opportunities into orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth..

Job Requirements：

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the electronic components distribution industry.
• Strong hunting mindset with the ability to develop new accounts independently.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Experience handling distributors, OEM/EMS accounts is an added advantage.

• Work Location: Remote (Based in Penang, Malaysia)

• Working Days: 5 days per week

• Salary Range:

  • Basic Salary: MYR 5,500 – MYR 8,000
  • Commission: Uncapped commission scheme
