Want to sell without chasing leads? We set the appointments. You go to the homeowner's house, show them the options, and close the sale.

We're opening a new replacement window division in the Charlotte area, and we're hiring our first group of sales consultants. The owners have built in-home sales teams in roofing, generators and solar storage, and we're using that same proven system here. Over the next year we'll grow across North and South Carolina, so the people who join now will be in place when the company expands.

How you get paid

• 100% commission with no cap
• Full-time consultants typically earn $100K–$150K+
• Our top people earn more than that
• Paid every week
• Mileage reimbursed

What a typical appointment looks like

• Meet with homeowners who are already pre-qualified and expecting you
• Measure their windows and walk them through the replacement options
• Put together the quote on-site with our software, which handles pricing, labor and materials
• Close on the first visit and pass the order to our install crew
• Stay in touch with past customers for referrals and repeat sales

• Anyone with in-home or one-call-close sales experience, though it isn't required. We'll train you if you're the right fit.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Territory: Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus and Gaston counties in NC, plus York County, SC
Schedule: Full-time and flexible; evenings and weekends required
Start date: Immediately

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
