What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Executive, you'll work directly with local business owners and decision-makers to help them provide valuable employee benefit solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and community leaders
• Presenting customized insurance and employee benefit solutions
• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Managing your sales pipeline using our CRM system
• Following up with prospective clients and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Negotiating and closing business agreements
• Representing Impact Business Group with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
