Outside Sales Leader

Vive is a roof rejuvenation company built around the standards that make a category-leader — real product, real warranty, real systems, and the operational discipline to back them up.

We restore and protect aging asphalt shingle roofs for approximately half the cost of a full replacement. We're growing quickly, on the way to becoming the next $100 million company in the home services space — and we're opening leadership seats for experienced sales leaders who can help us fulfill on that growth. We are currently hiring leadership in Salt Lake City County and Utah County.

Two seats: Sales Manager and Independent Dealer. Both are for people who care as much about how a company runs as what it pays.

How we run:

• Systems built for professionals to plug into. A structured training curriculum for every role — mindset, product, pitch, objection handling, advanced sales — delivered as a video program plus in-field coaching. A canvassing app with disposition-level tracking, and a CRM built for how the sale actually runs. In-house financing. A back office that handles contracts, payment, reporting, and compliance — so you don't have to.
• Product and offer built around the customer. A real product with a real 10-year warranty, at about half the cost of a re-roof. A Next Re-Roof Guarantee that credits the customer's spend against any future replacement — the customer can't lose the money on our program. We don't oversell, and we don't sell to homes the product isn't right for. That's the standard the whole company holds.
• Reliability. We pay on time, every week. Comp structure is stable and transparent. When your reps do the work, the check lands when it's supposed to.

Two leadership paths — pick the model that fits how you want to run.

Sales Manager. Lead a team backed by Vive. The company funds the operation — recruiting, training, back office, insurance, incentive trips. You focus on leading and selling. Ability to hire reps with an hourly base to start.

Independent Dealer. Run a 1099 dealership on the Vive product and platform. Your team, your standards, your book — with the training, tech, product, and back office already built.

Compensation. Both paths are 1099, straight commission, paid weekly, uncapped — personal production plus a team override. Our managers make real money. The full comp plan — base rates, floor prices, override structure, worked examples — is a designed document we send when you request it and start the conversation.
