🎯 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sales (Hunter mindset): Win new B2B accounts for C-class components, fasteners, and automated supply chain programs (VMI/Kanban).
• OEM Account Growth: Engage procurement and engineering decision-makers at rolling stock OEMs and tier-1 suppliers.
• Solution Selling: Deliver ROI-based proposals, coordinate RFQs, and manage international sales cycles.
• Industry Presence: Attend international trade shows (e.g., InnoTrans) and conduct regular client visits across Europe.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the railway / rolling stock sector (Must-Have).
• Established contact network among railway OEMs, suppliers, or fleet maintainers .
• Fluent English (written & spoken). German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (2–3 trips/month).
