International Window Corporation (IWC), a leading manufacturer serving Southern California's building industry, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence throughout San Diego County. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to manage an established book of business, develop new accounts, and represent a trusted manufacturing brand in a thriving construction market.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow relationships with established window and door supplier accounts throughout San Diego County

- Identify, prospect, and develop new business through cold calling and proactive outreach

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge and responsive service

- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

- Stay current on product lines, pricing, and industry trends to effectively position IWC in the market

What You Bring

- Prior sales experience, ideally within windows, doors, building materials, or construction products

- Working knowledge of the construction industry required; window and door product knowledge strongly preferred

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently

- Must reside within San Diego County (the assigned sales territory)

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
