We’re looking for a motivated, self-driven Outside Sales Representative who wants more than just a job. If you’re competitive, enjoy helping homeowners, and are excited about building something great, we want to meet you.

This is a commission-only position designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to succeed and are looking for unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners for roof and exterior inspections
• Build trust through education—not high-pressure sales
• Prepare and present estimates
• Follow up on leads and proposals
• Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM
• Coordinate sold projects with our production team
• Represent Summit National Home Services professionally in the community
• Network and develop referral relationships to generate additional business

Company-Provided Leads

We invest heavily in marketing and provide qualified company-generated leads so our sales team can spend more time selling and less time searching for opportunities.

However, we also believe the best sales professionals create opportunities.

Sales representatives are expected to generate a small percentage of their own business each month through referrals, networking, community involvement, and relationship building.

To reward that initiative, self-generated projects earn a higher commission rate than company-provided leads.

What We’re Looking For

• Roofing, remodeling, restoration, solar, windows, or in-home sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Honest, dependable, and driven to succeed
