Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our customer base in the suncare sector in South Florida, especially Fort Lauderdale, Miami area. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with clients to carry our suncare and salt scrub line. Your enthusiasm, energy, ability to pitch products and close the sale will help you build lasting relationships and grow the territory and your income! Base plus commission, health insurance and mileage reimbursement.

Duties

• Revive previous accounts while prospecting to generate new leads through B2B door-to-door outreach.
• Present and demonstrate products to prospective buyers.
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs, answer questions, and provide tailored retail recommendations.
• Manage customer relationships using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Badger to notate interactions, plan follow-ups, and track sales progress.
• Meet or exceed sales targets consistently by closing deals and efficiently providing excellent customer service through reorders and brand growth within each account.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, especially in face to face prospecting and servicing accounts.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
• Excellent client communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse markets.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organized with great follow-up skills and ability to zone plan to maximize sales opportunities.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, ambitious and energetic.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
