Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Commercial Cleaning)

Location: NW Houston Area

Compensation: Commission-Based ($10 per qualified walkthrough + $50 per signed contract)

Transportation: Provided between designated leads

About the Role

Noble-Smith Services, LLC is looking for a driven, confident, and professional Outside Sales Representative to expand our commercial cleaning client base across the NW Houston area. Experience is helpful, but we prioritize strong character, communication skills, and a solid work ethic—full training and sales support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to business owners, office managers, and facility managers.
• Introduce services, distribute marketing materials, and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule commercial cleaning walkthroughs and follow up with decision-makers to close contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads, appointments, and contacts.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and resilient against rejection.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, commercial cleaning, customer service, or real estate is a plus, but not required.
