Outside Sales Representative

NOW HIRING: PAINTING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We’re looking for a motivated, dependable sales representative to help grow our residential and commercial painting business.

This role is a great fit for someone who is confident talking with homeowners, follows through, and knows how to turn leads into signed projects. Painting or construction experience is helpful, but strong sales ability, character, and coachability matter most.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers and assess their painting needs
• Prepare and present clear, professional estimates
• Follow up consistently with leads
• Build trust and confidently ask for the sale
• Maintain accurate customer and project information
• Communicate job details clearly to the production team
• Help generate referrals and repeat business

• Organized, responsive, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience preferred
• Painting, remodeling, or home-service experience is a plus

Compensation:

Competitive commission-based compensation with strong earning potential. Specific pay structure will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: $80,886.39 - $97,411.56 per year
