Outside Sales Representative

Sales Representative - English and Español (Must have)

Full Time: Mon–Fri

Comp: Excellent (base + mileage + performance bonus)

Locations: Tampa St. Petersburg Clearwater Sarasota (must be local)

Eligibility: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only

What you will do (Field-first):

Visit tile dealers, installers, and job sites to introduce Exocera and capture buyer contacts.

Drop off samples/one-pagers; secure permission to email our catalog.

Log visits/leads in CRM. Book follow-up calls for the sales team.

Take storefront/merch photos, note decision maker + receiving hours.

You are:

Having Bachelor Business Management/MBA or Equivalent

Interested into Sales

Personable, punctual, and confident with cold walk-ins.

Organized with reliable transportation (car, license, insurance) and a smartphone.

Nice to have: Field sales or interiors/flooring interest. Basic CRM.

Reports to : Sales Manager
