What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Meeting with homeowners who already want to talk to us (no cold calling)
• Walking them through a simple, structured conversation
• Helping them say yes to something they already need
• Following up on warm leads our team generates for you
• Building your own referral network as you grow

No office. No sitting at a desk. You’re out, you’re moving, you’re earning.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ and hungry to make money
• Good with people — friendly, confident, easy to talk to
• Coachable — you don’t need to know everything, just be willing to learn
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Ready to work, not just “interested”
