Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary

TriGuard is looking for motivated, competitive, and hardworking individuals to join our sales team for the upcoming summer sales season.

This is a seasonal summer position where you will work door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, and provide professional pest-control solutions.

The summer sales season allows you to work hard, earn based on your performance, and have the rest of the year off. This is a great opportunity for college students or anyone looking to build valuable sales experience while earning significant income during the summer.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods

Speak with homeowners and generate new customers

Present and explain TriGuard’s pest-control services

Build relationships and establish trust with potential customers

Answer questions and overcome objections

Close sales and accurately complete customer information

Work toward individual and team sales goals

Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Competitive and motivated attitude

Strong work ethic

Coachable and willing to learn

Comfortable speaking with new people

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous sales experience is not required

Willingness to work door-to-door throughout the summer

Compensation

Uncapped commission

$50,000–$150,000+ earning potential
