Outside Sales Representative

Duties

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and lead generation strategies.
• Present and demonstrate prints and design solutions to prospective clients, explaining technical features and benefits clearly.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their designing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and deal closing to secure sales agreements efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
• Follow up with leads promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, especially in design or related technical sales fields.
• Strong knowledge of marketing techniques, lead generation, and direct sales strategies.
• Bilingual skills are a must to connect with diverse customer bases (Spanish and English fluency ESPECIALLY).
• Proficiency with webpages or computer use for tracking sales activities and customer data.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Technical sales experience involving designs or prints is desired but not required.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals within a competitive environment.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration.
