1. Junior Outside Sales Representative – Flexible Packaging (Irvine Branch)

Entry‑Level | Remote | Southern California

A mid‑sized manufacturer of flexible packaging seeks a sharp, early‑career Junior Outside Sales Representative . This is an ideal role for someone eager to break into outside sales. The company will train the right individual and provide a clear path to six‑figure earnings.

Responsibilities

• Territory Development — Build and grow accounts across Orange County and Southern Los Angeles.
• Client Prospecting — Identify new opportunities and support senior reps in developing leads.
• Sales Training — Participate in structured onboarding and product education.
• Packaging Solutions — Learn how flexible packaging is sold, converted, and applied across industries.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to build a career in outside sales
• Any sales experience is a strong plus
• Experience in packaging is a plus , not required
• Ability to visit the Irvine office a few times per month

Compensation

• Trainee Level: $50–60K base + commissions + expenses + car allowance + full benefits
• With Sales Experience: $60–90K base + commissions + expenses + car allowance + full benefits
• Long‑term earning potential: well into six figures

2. Outside Sales Representative – Packaging Tapes & Films (Southwest Territory)

Experienced | Travel Up to 40% | Southern California or Arizona

A major manufacturer of packaging tapes and films —with printing and converting capabilities—seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to cover the Southwest U.S. This individual will sell carton‑sealing tapes both direct and through distribution.

Responsibilities

• Territory Coverage — Manage accounts across the Southwest region.
• Distributor Sales — Sell through distribution channels and direct to end users.
• Industrial Packaging — Present tape and film solutions across multiple verticals.
• Travel & Field Work — Travel up to 40% to maintain and grow accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Packaging or industrial sales experience is a strong plus
• Experience selling to or through distribution
• Ability to travel up to 40%

Compensation

• Base salary up to $115K
• Year‑one commissions around $20K , increasing significantly thereafter
• Car plan + full benefits
