Outside Sales Representative

Highly motivated and organized outside sales professional wanted for locally owned flooring company. In business since 1988, this company is looking for additional salespeople to help their residential and commercial customers with carpet, hardwood, LVP, laminate, and custom rugs and stair runners. The perfect candidate would value a full-time, yet flexible job with the ability to make their own hours. This candidate would also value work-life balance, and the ability to appreciate a commission-based job with potential to increase their earnings with hard work.

Sales reps at this company see the sale all the way through, from procuring and initially meeting the customer, establishing relationships and showing products, preparing and presenting proposals, arranging installations, and collecting payments.

Desired candidate would be self-driven, friendly, and motivated, with a goal to ensure a seamless sale for all involved. Flooring knowledge preferred and proven sales experience essential. Excellent communication skills are vital. MS Excel knowledge a must.
