Outside Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients directly, building relationships, and closing sales deals. This position is focused entirely on sales activities, including visiting clients at their locations, presenting our offerings, and securing new business. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, excellent at communication, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Duties

• Conduct in-person sales appointments with prospective clients to promote our products or services.
• Engage in direct communication with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Effectively close sales deals during appointments to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or surpass established sales goals consistently through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Manage a pipeline of leads, prioritize prospects, and track progress throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to confidently present products/services and handle objections during sales appointments.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for visiting client locations regularly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving measurable goals.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $2,750,000.00 per year
