Gold Athletics is a fast-growing sports fundraising company with deep New England roots and national momentum. We partner with high school and youth athletic programs to help them Raise the Bar—delivering hands-on coaching, proven systems, and measurable results.

We are expanding and seeking driven Outside Fundraising Sales Representatives who want flexibility, ownership, and the opportunity to grow alongside a winning brand.

This is a relationship-driven, field-based role for individuals who thrive in autonomy, enjoy building community connections, and are motivated by performance.

What You’ll Do

Build Meaningful Relationships
Connect with athletic directors, coaches, and program leaders within your assigned territory.

Drive Program Success
Guide teams through setup, launch, and execution of their fundraising campaigns.

Represent the Brand
Serve as a trusted, professional presence within schools and your local athletic community.

Grow Your Book of Business
Develop long-term partnerships and expand your territory over time.

Compensation & Structure

• Independent Contractor (1099) position
• Performance-based income structure
• No cap on earning potential
• Flexible schedule and territory management
• Mileage and travel reimbursement available

Training & Support

• Comprehensive onboarding and fundraising training
• Proven sales playbooks and CRM support
• Ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders
