Outside Sales Representative

Overview My Angels Home Health LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Community Liaison) to grow our home health referral network in the Rock Hill / Fort Mill area. Responsibilities - Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and physician offices - Represent My Angels Home Health at community events and networking opportunities - Educate referral partners about our home health services - Track outreach activity and follow up with referral sources Qualifications - Outside sales or community liaison experience, preferably in healthcare or home health - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated and able to manage a territory independently - Reliable transportation for local travel To apply, please email your resume.
