OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

THE ROLE

As an Outside Sales Representative at Veterans Roofing, you're the face of our company. You'll meet homeowners at their kitchen table, conduct thorough exterior inspections, and guide them through the most important investment they'll make in their home. This is a performance-driven role where your effort directly determines your income — and your career trajectory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct in-home exterior inspections and assessments for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, educating them on products, processes, and financing options
• Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, and community networking while receiving company-generated leads
• Deliver interactive sales presentations using our proven process and technology suite
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction
• Participate in weekly sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
• Maintain accurate records in AccuLynx and follow up with customers throughout the project lifecycle

WHAT YOU BRING

• Excellent communication skills — you're comfortable speaking with anyone, anywhere
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (you'll be on the road daily)
• Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs during inspections
• Coachable with a passion for learning — we'll train you on products and process
• Prior sales or construction experience is a plus, but not required — we hire for attitude and train for skill

COMPENSATION

Uncapped commission with base draw. Average first-year earnings: $65,000–$120,000+. Top performers exceed $150,000.
