Outside Sales Representative

“I NEED TO MAKE MORE MONEY.”
Okay. Let’s do something about that.

I’m looking for people with some personality, some drive, and a little competitive streak. People who want to learn how to sell and get paid when they do.

You don’t need to walk in already great at sales. You do need to give a damn about getting there.

THE JOB
You’ll make outbound calls, explain offers, answer questions, and close sales. We provide leads, scripts, paid training, and coaching.

Yes, it’s cold calling. Yes, people hang up. Occasionally, someone will act like you personally invented the telephone just to ruin their afternoon. You stay professional, move on, and make the next call count.

THE PAY

• $12/hour base pay
• Commission and bonus opportunities
• Total earning potential of $12–$30/hour, depending on performance

The base is the starting point. The higher earnings take results. I’m not going to promise you a sports car because you successfully plugged in a headset.

WHO I WANT ON THE TEAM
Someone who shows up ready. Takes coaching. Asks questions. Gets better. Someone who hears another rep close a sale and thinks, “All right, I’m getting the next one.”

Experience is welcome. No experience is fine, too. Bring the effort and be willing to learn.

THE DETAILS

• In person in Sharon, PA
• 32–40 hours per week
• Paid training and ongoing support
• 1099 independent contractor position; responsible for your own taxes
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
