Job Title: Sales Representative – WUF Barber SupplySummary

WUF Barber Supply is looking for a motivated, friendly, and proactive Sales Representative to join our team in the Miami, Florida area.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, enjoys helping customers, and has experience in customer service. This role is essential to providing excellent customer experiences, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the company's sales growth in the barber supply industry.

We offer full-time and part-time positions, with a starting pay of $15 per hour, negotiable with the owners. The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Promote and sell barber supplies, including clippers, styling tools, hair products, and accessories.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product displays.
• Support the team in achieving sales goals and improving customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Proactive, reliable, and motivated to sell.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
• Interest in barbering, men's grooming, or barber supply products is a plus.
• Previous sales or retail experience is preferred.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: Starting at $15 per hour; compensation may be negotiated with the owners.
• Employment type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday.
• Location: Miami, Florida area.
