Outside Sales Representative

[Core Responsibilities]

· Sales Execution: Manage the sales pipeline, lead commercial negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order closure and payment collection.

· Channel Development: Expand distributors, agents, and Key Accounts (KAs) in the Mississippi/Alabama/North Carolina/South Carolina/Tennessee/ Florida/Georgia/ market. Empower local channels to drive sell-through and explore cross-border ecosystem partnerships.

· Market & Brand Support: Execute overseas exhibitions and product launches to generate leads. Gather front-line competitor intelligence to support product iteration and pricing strategies.

· Compliance & Client Relations: Assist with export customs, local certifications, and data compliance. Maintain daily communication and provide after-sales support to ensure strong client relationships.

[Requirements]

· Background: Bachelor’s degree or above with proven overseas sales experience. Smart Hardware or New Retail background is highly preferred.

· Language: Fluent in English and Chinese for business negotiations. Additional foreign languages like Spanish will be a strong plus.

· Work Authorization: Must hold valid legal work/residency status in the US to operate locally.

· Competencies: Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with the overseas retail/vending ecosystem and existing channel resources are a major advantage.

· Base Salary + Position Salary + Allowances + Uncapped Commission / Bonus
