Job Summary

Will-Son Distributing is one of the oldest and largest distributors for BG Products. We are looking for someone to call on car dealership service departments and independent shops within a geographic territory to sell BG chemicals. BG is the world's largest and most preferred chemical supplier to automotive shops across the country. You will be calling on existing customers and prospecting for new ones to grow additional sales. Our ideal candidate is a professional in appearance and demeanor, highly motivated, self-starter with strong communication skills and some knowledge of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop product knowledge concerning our chemicals and equipment
• Build rapport with our customers by being their partner not just a supplier
• Train and educate our customers sales people on the benefits of our services so they can more effectively sell the services
• Make recommendations to owners and management on how they can make more money using our products and programs
• Train and educate technicians on how to use our equipment
• Work with parts departments to keep the proper stocking levels of our products on hand

Qualifications and Skills

• Self-motivated with confidence and a desire to be successful
• Some understanding of vehicle mechanic
• Strong communication skills and comfortable working with techs, advisors, managers and owners
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
