We can teach you propane. You bring the ability to sell. Thermotane Propane is looking for a personable, motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our residential installation business and commercial accounts. This is a field sales position focused on meeting with homeowners, developing relationships with contractors, and selling residential / commercial propane systems and installations.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners, assess their needs, prepare proposals, and close sales.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, and referral partners.
• Develop new business while maintaining existing relationships.
• Prospect commercial accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales ability and strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent follow-through and a genuine, professional approach to customers.
• Strong everyday computer skills, including CRM, email, and business software.
• Propane or construction-related experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits$50,000 base salary plus 10% commission. Company vehicle, computer, phone, medical and dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k), and paid vacation. We're a smaller, established company looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with people, and knows how to get things done without constant supervision.
