No two days are the same. You will meet with prospective clients, identify their insurance needs, and help them explore life insurance solutions that fit their goals and budgets.

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new clients through networking, referrals, community outreach, and scheduled appointments.
• Meet with individuals and families in person to discuss life insurance options.
• Educate clients about available coverage and the importance of protecting their loved ones.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Complete required training and follow applicable insurance laws and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel locally and meet clients face-to-face.
• Professional attitude and a desire to help others.
• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must hold the appropriate state life insurance license or be willing and eligible to obtain one.
