Outside Sales Rep – Door-to-Door (Window & Gutter Cleaning)

Xteria is a growing home services company in the Raleigh area. We provide professional window cleaning and gutter cleaning to homeowners who want their homes looking sharp without climbing a ladder themselves. We’re partnering with independent sales contractors to bring on new customers door to door.

If you’re competitive, comfortable talking to strangers, and want your income tied directly to your effort, this is for you.

What you’ll do

• Go door to door and introduce homeowners to Xteria’s services
• Present our window and gutter cleaning packages and close sales
• Submit booked jobs with accurate customer details
• Follow up with homeowners who are interested but not ready yet

What you’ll earn

• 30–50% commission on every package sold. Larger packages earn a higher percentage.
• Example: [selling a $600 window + gutter package earns you $180-300]
• No cap on earnings
• Payment schedule: weekly
• Opportunity for bonuses

Who this fits

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
