We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Representative to join our growing roofing company. This is a customer-facing role focused on building relationships with homeowners, identifying roofing needs, presenting solutions, and helping customers through the process from initial inspection to completed project.

The ideal candidate is confident, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced sales environment. Mandatory 2 years of Roofing and Storm Restoration Required.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and develop new sales opportunities within our service area
• Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing needs
• Conduct or assist with roof inspections and identify potential issues
• Present roofing solutions and explain options clearly to customers
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Guide customers through the sales and installation process
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Represent the company professionally in the community

• Roofing, and Storm Restoration Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders when necessary
• Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
