Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Include

• Prospecting and qualifying leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, facility, and service programs
• Developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements
• Maintaining and updating CRM with accurate client information
• Meeting or exceeding sales quotas on a regular basis
• Collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

Qualifications And Skills

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
