Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Energy Target Earnings: $75K - $120K+ Benefits + 401K + PTO + Paid Holidays Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representative - B2B Energy Sales to sell Fixed Rate Deregulated Energy directly to businesses.

This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission , offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation:

• Base pay + uncapped commission
• On-Target Earnings: $75,000 – $120,000+
• Bi-Weekly pay

What You’ll Do

• Speak with business owners/decision makers about Fixed Rate Deregulated Energy
• Educate customers on available solutions
• Help business owners select the right energy services
• Close sales and manage book of business

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
• Reliable transportation
