Duties

• Develop and manage territory sales plans to identify potential clients and grow market share through targeted prospecting and lead generation strategies.
• Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by cold calling, networking, and conducting face-to-face meetings to introduce products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring ongoing account management.
• Conduct technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals effectively while achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives and sales management systems to optimize territory coverage and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service at the front counter by assisting walk-in clients, processing transactions, answering product inquiries, and supporting overall store operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or similar sales management tools; ability to leverage technology for lead tracking and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for client negotiation, presentation delivery, and relationship building both in person and remotely.
• Strong management capabilities with the ability to handle territory management, account management, and business development initiatives effectively.
• Skilled in prospecting techniques such as cold calling, networking, and lead generation to expand customer base.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid sales environment while maintaining high levels of motivation and discipline.
• Adept at analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, upselling existing clients, and closing sales efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationship growth.
