Outside Sales Representative - Full-Time

Role Overview Seeking a B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within a designated territory. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits, and conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, facility services, and related programs. The candidate will develop tailored proposals, close multi-year service agreements, and maintain accurate client information in CRM systems. Meeting or exceeding sales quotas is essential, along with collaborating with service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance compliance
