Outside Sales Representative – Generator, HVAC & Electrical (Commission Only)

We’re looking for an experienced outside sales rep to meet with homeowners and businesses and help them find the right backup power and energy solution. You’ll sell generators, solar panel systems, HVAC systems, and battery storage. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Run in-home and on-site sales appointments across Southeast Michigan
• Assess customer needs for backup power, energy savings, and storage
• Present system options and pricing, and close deals
• Build and follow up on your own pipeline, including referrals and repeat customers
• Work closely with our office and installation teams to make sure every job goes smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Proven outside sales experience in generators, solar, battery storage, HVAC, or electrical (required)
• Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
• Comfortable working on a commission-only pay structure
• Self-motivated, organized, and strong at building trust with customers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
