About the Opportunity

PAINT CORPS is looking for driven, competitive, and self-motivated sales professionals to sell residential and commercial painting, coatings, repairs, and related home improvement services.

This is a field-based sales opportunity for someone who wants significant earning potential and the ability to control their own success.

You will meet with homeowners and commercial property decision-makers, identify their project needs, present solutions, prepare proposals, and close business.

PAINT CORPS provides sales opportunities, systems, technology, training, and support. You will also have the ability to increase your income by developing referrals, relationships, and your own book of business.

What You'll Do

• Conduct residential and commercial sales consultations
• Meet customers at homes, commercial properties, and job sites
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare and present project proposals
• Close residential and commercial projects
• Follow up with active prospects and open opportunities
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and other referral partners
• Generate additional opportunities through networking and referrals
• Attend networking events, trade shows, home shows, and community events
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM
• Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production

Earning Potential

$75,000-$150,000+ per year

This is a performance-driven sales opportunity where earnings are based on results.

Top performers who consistently close opportunities, develop referral relationships, and generate additional business have the ability to earn well into six figures.

There is significant upside for sales professionals who are capable of building their own book of business in addition to closing company-provided opportunities.

Flexible Schedule

This is a field-based sales role without a traditional fixed office schedule.
