Are you a motivated go-getter who knows how to spot a renovation opportunity? We are a growing General Contractor specializing in high-quality kitchen remodeling, roofing, custom builds, home additions, New builds,kitchen remodels ,bathroom remodels etccc

We are seeking an independent, driven Lead Generator / Sales Prospector to help us expand our pipeline. In this role, you have unlimited earning potential—the more qualified leads or closed deals you bring in, the more you earn.

Compensation & Benefits

• Type: Commission-only

Commission Structure:

• 10% of the gross contract value upon signing (willing to negotiate)

Payout Schedule: Paid immediately upon contract signing

What You Will Do

• Find Opportunities: Actively prospect, cold call, network, or use digital/door-to-door methods to find homeowners and commercial clients looking for construction or remodeling services.
• Qualify Leads: Speak with potential clients to ensure they have a project mind, a realistic timeline, and the authority to make decisions.
• Set Appointments: Schedule consultations between qualified property owners and our project estimation team.
• Track Progress: Keep a clear record of your outreach efforts and prospective clients.

What We Look For

• Proven experience in lead generation, door-to-door sales, cold calling, or appointment setting (Experience in construction or real estate sales is a huge plus).
• Strong, persuasive communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own daily schedule.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone or laptop for tracking.
