Outside Sales Representative - Roofing & Construction

Company: Multi Regional Roofing Company in WI, GA, NC, SC, TN, and IL providing full-service residential roofing and restoration.
Position: Outside Sales Representative – Conduct inspections with homeowners and also canvass neighborhoods for additional leads that either older or recently storm damaged. Speak with homeowners, educate them about their roofing issues, conduct FREE roofing inspections, sell roofing, and complete paperwork from company supplied leads.
Compensation:
? Average: $125K-$150K/year
? High performers: $150K-$200K/year
? Top performers: $200K-$300K+/year
Qualifications:

• Must have roofing sales experience
• Able to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections

Requirements:

• Driven and career-oriented
• Comfortable canvassing and inspecting roofs
• Must have car/truck

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections with homeowners
• Educate homeowners about their roofing issues
• Sell roofing and complete paperwork
