Territory: Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia & North Carolina

Take over an established territory with proven earning potential.

The previous representative managing this territory earned over $200,000 annually in total compensation. Actual earnings vary based on sales performance and commission eligibility.

Concrete Polishing & Prep Solutions is a contractor-founded distributor of equipment, tooling, chemicals, and supplies for concrete coatings, polishing, surface preparation, and self-leveling underlayments.

We’re seeking an experienced concrete coatings professional to support existing customers and grow the territory.

Compensation

• Starter plan: $70,000 annualized base salary for your first 120 days. Commissions are calculated on gross margin: 4% on the portion associated with the first $100,000 in monthly sales and 6% on the portion associated with monthly sales above $100,000.
• Standard plan: $40,000 annual base salary, plus commissions calculated on sales revenue: 4% on the first $100,000 in monthly sales and 6% on sales above $100,000.
• You may choose to transition to the standard plan before the 120-day starter period ends, effective on the first of a month.
• Under both plans, commissions require sales exceeding 20% markup and are paid after customer payment is received.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new accounts.
• Recommend equipment, tooling, and materials for customers’ projects.
• Visit customers and jobsites, provide demonstrations, and offer technical support.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and coordinate with our Hanover team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or residential concrete coatings installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of coatings systems and surface preparation.
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Previous sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus.
