Outsource Quality Supervisor

Lead the central quality function for outsourced embroidery and printing, ensuring consistent standards, proactive process control, fast issue escalation and measurable vendor improvement across all factory branches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own outsource quality governance, priorities, coverage plan and escalation for embroidery and printing vendors.
• Standardize quality requirements, sample/process confirmation criteria, inspection approach and issue disposition across 10 branches.
• Coordinate workload of Printing Quality, Embroidery Quality and Colorist; deploy resources based on production risk.
• Review vendor capability, recurring defects, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) and effectiveness.
• Lead vendor quality meetings and scorecards; drive improvement plans for poor or repeat performance.
• Act as central quality contact for branches, Production, Technical, Merchandising and vendors when quality risk may affect delivery/customer requirements.
• Maintain KPI dashboard and recommend process, resource or supplier-development actions to Quality Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in garment/textile/quality/manufacturing discipline.
• 5+ years in garment quality; strong exposure to embroidery and/or printing preferred.
• Experience leading suppliers/vendors, CAPA, root cause analysis and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Strong communication, prioritization and decision-making; able to travel to vendor sites.
