Salasa has two sets of offerings:

A. Offline:

• Mega fulfillment centers: large-scale facilities to receive stocks of our clients, store them, prepare orders and dispatch them.

• Darstores: small warehouses distrubuted across main cities to do on-demand delivery and two-hour delivery.

• Last mile delivery: through our own subsidiary or aggregator option.

• Bonded-zones (new): custom-free areas where merchants can store their products withouth the need for licenses and registrations.

• Cross-border (new): enabling merchants from anywhere in the world to ship to anywhere in the world.

B. Online: Salasa One (order management system) with integrations with online web stores such as Zed, Salla and Shopify and with warehouse management systems and transport management system. This is the one-stop-shop for our clients to manage their processes and supply chain end-to-end.

Job Purpose:

The Outsourced Manpower Supervisor is accountable for governing and optimizing

outsourced manpower operations across all Salasa facilities (fulfillment centers, dark

stores, and other operational sites). The role ensures manpower discipline, compliance,

and vendor accountability while reinforcing consistent operational standards, safety

practices, and culture across the network.

Acting as the central field governance function, this role bridges Operations, Security,

HSSE, Vendors, and People & Culture to drive visibility, enforce standards, and

proactively mitigate manpower and operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Governance & Compliance

• Enforce manpower discipline, attendance adherence, and behavioral standards

across all outsourced manpower.

• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational SOPs, and HSSE

requirements.

• Identify and escalate non-compliance risks, driving timely corrective actions with

relevant stakeholders.

2. Vendor Performance Management & Manpower Oversight

• Own day-to-day coordination with outsourcing vendors on manpower

performance, attendance gaps, replacements, and escalations.

• Hold vendors accountable against agreed SLAs, manpower quality standards, and

service levels.

• Monitor manpower productivity and reliability to ensure operational continuity

across all sites.

3. Field Operations Monitoring & Risk Identification

• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and inspections across warehouses and dark

stores to assess manpower performance and operational discipline.

• Identify operational inefficiencies, governance gaps, and manpower-related risks.

• Drive corrective actions in collaboration with Operations and relevant functions.

4. Reporting & Operational Insights

• Develop structured reports highlighting manpower trends, compliance gaps,

incidents, and improvement areas.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve manpower

performance, vendor effectiveness, and operational discipline.

• Maintain visibility on key manpower metrics (attendance, turnover, compliance,

incidents).

5. Onboarding, Culture & Engagement Enablement

• Support onboarding of outsourced manpower to ensure alignment with Salasa

standards, expectations, and culture.

• Reinforce manpower awareness on policies, safety practices, and operational

discipline.

• Partner with People & Culture, Operations, Security, and HSSE to drive

engagement initiatives and strengthen field culture consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations

Management, or related field preferred.

• Diploma holders with strong operational experience may also be considered.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, warehouse administration, HR

operations, manpower supervision, or field coordination.

• Experience dealing with outsourced manpower or vendor coordination is a

must.

• Experience within logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or operational environments is highly preferred.
