Outsourced Project Operations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Outsourced Project Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee end-to-end project execution and operational governance across multiple sites, ensuring programs stay aligned with quality, compliance, and delivery expectations.

The position will serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional coordination, with responsibility for building the operational structure needed to support successful implementation and ongoing performance.

In addition, the manager will help drive hiring, onboarding, and team leadership while maintaining disciplined controls in a regulated environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $143,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution and governance
• Drive multi-site operational execution as the primary point of contact
• Build and lead operational teams through hiring and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with federal security and quality standards
• Maintain complete chain-of-custody protocols

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex project operations
• Strong knowledge of KPI tracking and SOP development
• Proven ability to manage multi-site projects
• Experience in team hiring and personnel management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• Ability to pass a Federal Clearance
