Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices and bills within SLA.
- Apply correct rates, tariffs and charges per contracts or rate cards.
- Validate source documents before billing.
- Resolve billing exceptions, rate mismatches and disputes with client and internal teams.
- Process credit notes, debit notes and re-bills.
- Reconcile billing data in the ERP and support month-end closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and follow client SOPs and compliance.
