What will you do?

• Own project execution and drive the functional and technical vision of solutions from ideation through to production.
• Design, size, and build innovative, scalable enterprise solution architectures based on business needs and drivers.
• Act as the senior technical reference within the team, participating hands-on in development activities and ensuring the overall technical quality of the solution.
• Mentor development teams on OutSystems architecture and development best practices.
• Influence solution direction based on expertise in OutSystems and other relevant technologies.
• Work closely with customers and project stakeholders to identify and resolve impediments and dependencies.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and customer organisations to understand business requirements and translate the strategic vision into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous technical development of the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, documentation, and technical expertise.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in software development.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Solid experience in web or mobile application development, project delivery practices, solution design, architecture patterns, and application performance.
• Professional software development experience with .NET, C#, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience executing technical projects at a global scale, working across multiple teams and time zones.
• Strong experience with OutSystems projects and relevant OutSystems certifications.
• Experience working with and leading Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, iterative, and Waterfall.
• Customer orientation, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to use technology to support and advance business goals.
